Pricing is determined on a cake by cake basis.  This is including the complexity of the design, filling, cake flavor choice, custom work, amount of servings, and supplies.  Once design has been decided , price then will be determined.
 
Any changes to the order that are done 7 days or less to the event date, are subject to an additional fee(s) being added to the order.
 
All cake designs are subject to change due to weather, structural issues,  and or availability of ingredient(s).
 
Each order will include 3 custom sketches, or cake ideas for design choices.  If there are more required or requested, additional fees will be added to the final order total.
 
Once cake is picked up by customer, or delivered to venue site,  Creative Creations is no longer responsible for the cake.  This includes weather, driving conditions and or improper driving, mishandling of cake, or improper storage of cake. 
 
Orders are to be completely finalized 1 week prior to event. NO EXCEPTIONS!  This will include number of servings, flavor(s) and or filling(s), and any and all custom and detail work. All orders that have not been confirmed are subject to cancellation, or late fee charges being added to order.
 
Allergy cakes will require a waiver to be signed by customer.  All ingredients and materials will be given to customer for approval.
 
All weekend (Saturday and Sunday) orders are to be picked up by 10:00 a.m. unless special arrangements have been made and approved. 
 

Custom design, wedding cakes, and tiered cakes are to be delivered to event site, no exceptions, unless waiver is signed by customer to take full responsibility for the cake.

Delivery fees are as follows:

$25.00 for up to an hour away for any cake other than a wedding cake.
$75.00 for up to an hour away for any wedding cake.  Distances further than an hour away will be charge according to distance. 
 
When cake is being ordered, a contract will be sent either via email, or regular mail.  It is to be returned within a week with deposit to hold date.  If contract is not received in this time, an email will be sent, and there is no guarantee of opening for date.  For regular cakes (anything other than wedding) there is a $25.00 non-refundable deposit, that will be applied to cake balance.  For wedding cakes a $100.00 non-refundable deposit is required to hold date.  If event is less than 2 weeks away full payment is due at time of contract signing (this pertains to wedding cakes).  This deposit will be applied to balance of order.
 
Cake tasting is available by appointment and there is a $35.00 non-refundable charge for this service.
 
All cake orders over $100.00 are to be paid in FULL prior to the event.  No EXCEPTIONS.
Balance of cake is due 1 week prior to event.  If cake is to be delivered to venue site, payment is to be made before cake is delivered, there is no COD.  Payments can be made by cash or check.  Post dated checks will not be acepted. Returned checks are subject to a $75.00 charge.
